I am competing in November at a USAPL Georgia State meet . This will be my first time competing in a long time. I will compete raw in the 220's. Does anyone one know what the average competition looks like for me? Just curious what it looks like at the state level and beyond.

On average, id say around 6 to 7x bodyweight total.

you can always check out their federation website and look at the state and national records. IMO, as long as you hit a PR, then that makes it a successful meet.

Thanks. I agree. I will, but I didn't know how far along the record setters were versus the other competitors. ya know?

Go to the USAPL website and pull up results from previous meets, it's all there. Gives you a good idea at what guys your size are doing at the meet. Gave me a good goal for once I get to 242's so I can beat Brian, haha.
