Man, Sean really loves to talk and self-promote. I barely got halfway through before I just started skipping to your answers. It's a great interview from your side Rob, I think I've just heard enough from Sean.

I'm glad you called Mendy out. His act has gotten pretty tired.

Very cool. Nice to get some recognition for powerlifting besides powerlifting USA.

That was a good read. Sean did not get too out of hand and I love how Rob handled every question. I was honored that you mentioned me Rob. The feeling is very mutual. Looking forward to hooking up for some training and a meet one day.
