I dont think I can keep up with the protein intake recomended for me 1gm per 1lb like drinking up to 3 to 4 shakes a day . Is it ok to double or even tripple up on the shake mix just so i get the amount need? like rite after a heavy work out?
I have just started this health thing and I want to get serious but i Stll want to lose weight. Also is all this protein going to turn to fat if i slack up?

It is much better to spread the protein intake out over 5-6 meals. You don't have t have shakes though, I prefer regular food, but if you dont want to cook that much you'll have to choose for yourself.

how many grams are in one serving of the shake you're having?

how hard is it to open up a can of tuna dude? .. it shouldnt be hard to reach your daily protein intake.. unless your like 350lbs

I seem to be having the same problem..Im 238 right now and i havent been able to take in enough or Ill have to force it in. I take in one shake in the morn and one after my workout they are about 40g per.....malt o meal in the morn anda few servings of tuna per day and some chicken and lots of vegies and fruits
