Hopefully this can become a sticky at some point. It would great to have and maintain a list of affiliates that have outstanding programming. So many people look at the mainsite for programming and get turned off.

A local crossfit gym here has some oustanding programming and some pretty strong dudes. My favorite part is that they don't do much running. Every once in a while I'll do one of their wod's as my cardio for the day.

I'll add more later as I have time today.
Thanks for posting this. I love crossfit that is programmed well instead of random bullshit thrown together.

http://www.crossfitwilmington.com - Consistently running a solid program. They've just come off a strength split and are moving into more of an Oly based program for the next 10-12 weeks. They host specialists/classes on a fairly steady basis incorporating everything from Powerlifting and Olympic Lifting to Run/Tri Clinics. An old WBB Member (HomeYield) has been down on 6 or 7 occasions to run Powerlifting Seminars.
