Thanks Chris!! My 500 felt easy but the last one was definitely a grinder! I'm just happy that i finally have my bench back and stronger than ever before. Staying injury free is the key to making gains and staying strong in this sport!

Yes i still have a couple years left in the Junior division. I'm honestly not sure what the world record is... I don't know if they show the world record Junior lifts on powerliftingwatch rankings
