Havin a little trouble with keeping my abs tight on the way down. In result, my chest is falling over....I'm also trying to get used to doing divebombs when i get into heavier weight..any suggestions?

The only way youll descend fast with a heavy weight is to be confident with it and practice that. Nearly everyone will descend slow when it feels really heavy to them. As for rounding over, keep your head up, pull your elbows under the bar, get your upper back arched really hard and as you sit down flair your knees out, that should help. And as for ab strength on squats, train w out a belt more often, this helped me a TON.

Front squats helped correct this for me. The placement on the front really helps train you to compensate for that superior load.

If your chest is collapsing I'd recommend also adding in a bunch of upper back work....
Why dive bomb ? Not trying to be a jerk, I'd just like to know. Nobody that I train with does that so I've got no experience with it.
