New here so first off hello!
I'm 26, 5'10 and I have a very slight frame, I currently weigh about 8.5 stone (about 120lbs).
When I was at uni in Glasgow the uni had a great gym i could use basically for free. Back then I think I got up to 10 stone. Anyway now I can't afford a gym but I just bought a standard barbell and 57kgs of weights off ebay for £20.
Someone once described Arnie as looking like a condom stuffed with walnuts. I'm not really into in that look I just want to be bigger in general. So here is my plan. I'm just going to do deadlifts and overhead presses. Monday, Wednesday, Friday. 3 sets of 5 reps at the moment. Back when I was lifting in Glasgow I'm sure I didn't really gain any decent mass until i started doing deadlifts. If i had a bench i probably would do bench presses too but for now i don't.
Food-wise At the moment I'm aiming for 2500 calories a day. Any cheap high calorie food tips welcome.
So I've started this week. Deadlifting 20kg plus the bar which i'm guessing is about 5kg.
What do you think?
