I'm going to be starting a new workout routine tomorrow (Baby Got Back), so I created a diet to go along with it since my diet so far has been less than optimal. I'm going to try some basic carb cycling, and I just wanted to make sure this is a sufficient diet.
Thank you.

Assuming that it hits the numbers that you as in individual need for your personal goals whatever they are, then yes.

I'm 6' 3" 150 pounds at ~5% body fat going mainly for hypertrophy. I had a free session with a trainer at my gym, and he said those were the numbers to aim for.

Why no vegetables?

Yeah, looking at it, you're right. I'll probably throw a salad in with dinner to help with that.

If you are 6'3" and 150lbs you are being too cute with the carb cycling. Just eat.
