Granted its nothing like what everyone else on here pulls but its a step forward, picked up 455 pretty easily decided I'd go for 465 and that came up fairly smooth too. Having not taken any kind of pre work out in over a month just chicken for breakfast :eek: Deffinetly excited that my new PR came from myself and myself only no pre workout or anything. It was a good morning for sure

Awsome PR! Keep putting up bigger numbers! What are you bulking goals (i.e. body weight goal and lift goals)?

Nice job on the PR. Deadlift PRs are awesome, because that's when you have just lifted the most weight you ever have in your entire life (unless of course your a new lifter and your deadlift is below your squat/bench)

Thanks again guys i wish i had a video of it because i was told i deffinetly had more in the tank so im hoping to pull atleast 475 in a couple weeks. And i dont have a specific weight in mind i just wanna keep gaining weight and getting my lifts higher and higher.
