I've been lifting for about 6 or 7 years off and on. I have been pumping seriously for only about 6 months. I have made some very good gains. Increasing in all my weight exercises by 25lbs or more. I have went from 16% body fat to about 9%, and have gained some good looking muscle. I have been taking in about 200-250grams of protein daily, cycled some creatine, and some andro.
Some of my friends got a hold of some good AS connects, and have been making incredible gains of 15-25lbs in 4-6 weeks time. I'm jealous, because I bust my ass in the gym. I train harder than these guys, but they are blowin' up big time, and I feel like I'm growing at turtle speed. I want to cycle AS soon. I have been doing research everyday. But I think it might be too soon yet, what do you think? I'm 23 years old 6'2 195lbs.9%bf
I want to be 225 lbs. with 7%bf by next May. Any suggestions? :D :D :D

2hrd4u , don't let your friends results push you to make an important decision like that. You might even reach your 225 goal naturally (that is may 2002 right?) .. I know how you feel, you have the little devil at your right yelling at ya 'Come on, join the big boy's club.. it's all good, you look like a wimp' and at your left you got the angel begging you 'Don't do it , think of all the effort you've put into it.. what would mom say.. you're stronger than that '
My suggestion is, listen to the angel for another year or 2 with serious training/dieting and then tell him to go ***** himself.

ok, first off thanks to the mod that removed this post from anabolics..

However I thought I would throw it back up with Sineps response as I think it was some excellent advice.

Only reply to this post if you have something constructive to say :)

Ronan and Spidey keep your arguements off of the board please. And Spidey if you do feel the need to vent off like that go and do it on another board because I won't tolerate that sort of language on here ok ?

Thanks
