Yoke carry 80kgx 2 laps, 160kgx 2 laps, 200kgx 2 laps.
Farmers walk 55kgx 2 laps. Got cramps had to stop.

Tested my deadlift 1rm.
100kgx1, 140kgx1, 180kgx1, 200kgx1, 230kg fail.
I've heard that westside isn't very good for deadlifts. Now I believe it.
Will keep westside for my other lifts but I'm dropping the deadlifts and will be using sheiko training for my deads.

1 month of solid deadlift training and no results. I reached 227.5kg in a couple of weeks after 200kg. So this is no good.

Dumbbell bench 23kgx12, x8
Dumbbell extensions 13kgx 5 right, x3 left.
Nice pump.

Insane workout today. Added 20kg to my yoke carry PR.
Yoke carry 160kgx 2 laps, 220kgx 1 lap. PR!
