Im trying creatine liquid and it taste horrible is this normalor is this stuff i have bad???

Yeah, the stuff you have is bad. In fact, even if it tasted good it'd be bad. Liquid creatine is *****. You're probably lucky if there's 5 grams in that whole bottle by now.

Ok i just did the research.....lol...thats what i get for buying the stuff by what the GNC guy says....ok then now i know what is the best powder to buy then..i have a max muscle and a GNC that i can go to

buy any powdered creatine if you think you need it my thought would be lift a while before you waste your $$$

I bought 1000g met-rx micronized creatine from them for 20 sumthin dollars and I also bought Pure Dextrose from www.supplementdirect.com to mix with it....Dextrose is a pharmaceutical grade sugar that transports the creatine faster by causing an insulin response.
p.s.- GNC is most likely going to be much more expensive than ordering online. I stopped going there once I wised up from the info on this site. Good luck

I bought creatine at costco...check there...they have some brand called naturevite or something like that...if you buy something from costco you know you aren't getting ripped by an added ludicrous markup.
