Was practicing my side tri pose the other day, tell me what you guys think. Weight was around 195. Still holding a bunch of fat right in the love handle area, really hides that area where the lats and obliques come together.

Dunno. I need to get some shots in the gym sometime, lighting in my basement is pretty shitty.

Here's 3 more. I think the second one is what you guys are talking about, but I feel like the more I rotate my torso the less you can see the horseshoe.

#3 seems to be happy medium.

easy fix to the horseshoe is grow the long head of your triceps bigger. haha..

on a side note, #2 def seems better. try grabbing your arm lower to allow it to come forward a bit. it looks like you're pulling your arm across your back, away from the camera almost. just a thought.

Your arms a really big and It doesn't look like your carrying that much fat you can clearly see your abs at least.

How tall are you?

I'm 5' 9". Some shots I look a lot leaner than others, side tri isn't one of my best. My chest, upper back, and shoulders are all pretty damn lean but I'm still holding a bunch of fat right in the love handles and on my legs.

I definitely agree. My arms used to be pretty pathetic since I trained strictly power lifting for 3 - 4 years; I've added a fair amount of mass to them since I switched gears but they still have a long ways to go.

Man, I remember when you gained your first 50 pounds.

Tremendous progress over the years.
