I've had a bit of a cold, so tonight I made a good ol hearty autumn stew out of what I could grab. I feel healthy now.

Jon's everything-in-the-kitchen stew

potatos, red lentils, black-eye beans, home-made stock
tomato paste, roasted chicken legs.

I think Cards is winning so far. Carbohydrates, more carbs, tuna steak and alcohol. Awesome.

last night i had a 5 course meal.

the appetizer was shrimp with shredded crab with some kind of cream based sauce

the palate cleanser was an orange sorbet of some kind, very rich

skipped the salad. i dont eat pussy ass rabbit food

the main course was lobster tail, red wine infused filet mignon, a baked potatoe and asparagus

skipped the ice cream with chocolate truffle sauce dessert.

this morning i pooped gold.
