Hey everybody. I'm back! I took a little hiatus from the internet. I look forward to catching up with some of you guys from before and introducing myself to some of the new members who don't know me.
I plan on posting a training log on here, as well. I start my meet training cycle this week, so I'll be updating that regularly.
Looking forward to being an active part of WBB again. I know I've been missed.

Oh no, there goes the neighborhood! Welcome back my friend. A catchy name for your log would be Chasing 2k RAW, well that's if you have the balls!

I greatly look forward to your next treatise on the role of post-workout sodium loading on myofibrillar hypertrophy.
Welcome back.

:evillaugh: I was just wondering what your opinion was on McDonalds as a nutritional source.

Well, I'm now inspired to stop my cut to 198's and get my ass to Rhodestown.

Obviously, it's phenominal. McDonald's is actually a perfect food. Protein, Fats, Carbs - I believe these are all the macro-nutrients. I think that's what the nutrition guys call them.
In the right situation, some McDonald's will really help.
