weight: 165lbs
40yard: 4.65
vertical: i cant remember but it sucks much worse than it did last time i posted on here

Im following a pretty basic routine in my weightlifting class right now
mon-bench
tue-squat
wed-board press/OH press
thur-deadlift

it changes everyweek depending on how much i can accomplish in a session but thats roughly what it is

my goals, to up my endurance, reach the thousand pound club(im so close!)
