So, I'm pretty new to the iron game. But, having studied a lot of biochemistry (now a med student), I decided to my knowledge to the test. I came back from Europe looking like shit and injured everywhere, unable to do anything but front squats and cable rows.
so I turned to dieting, rehab and a new training philosophy. I gained strength and gew into my cut. Here are the results. Shots are from yesterday and today I took randomly. Front shot I'm pretty bloated as I've been eating a shitload of food and protein bars (got them at 50cents a piece lol). Now, I'm going to gain weight for a while, the same way John Stone did.

wow awesome work in 4 months man, be interesting to see how you go about gaining weight and the results afterwards, good luck with it.

Good question, but low. I was bloated on those pics, except the back pic which had perfect lighting. I have a few veins on my quads showing, when I train, it's more like a roadmap, veins on my abs all the way up to my arm pits, double bicep vein (with multiple small veins on both biceps/triceps)... I'd say between 7-8%.
