whats up. first time on this site but decided i'm gonna make this journal as a tool for motivation for my journey toward getting big. Here's some quick background:
-21 years old
-skinny/metabolism of the gods
-currently at 165lbs



Day 1 - Oct. 12th 2011

Workout: (i'm hella weak btw)
Bench: 95lb x 5, 95lb x 5, 100lb x 3, 100lb x 2.
Squat: 95lb x 10, 115lb x 6, 115lb x 6, 125lb x 5
Deadlift: 95lb x 8, 115lb x 7, 115lb x 6, 125lb x 6
Bent over rows: 95lb x 8, 115lb x 6, 116 x 5, (skipped 4th dunno why)
Barbell curls: 50lb x 8, 50lb x 8, 50lb x 8, 50lb x 7

any feedback would be awesome, ;)

Bench: 95x6, 95x6, 105x1, 100x4
Squat: 95x10, 115x8, 125x6, 145x6
Deadlift: 105x7, 105x7, 115x6, 116x6
Rows: 105x 6, 115x6, 115x 5, 125x4
BB curls: 60lbs x 7, 60 x 7, 60x 6
