Here's my latest pic since I've been following a pretty strict diet for about 1 1/2 months now:

Uploaded with ImageShack.us (http://imageshack.us)

I'd like to try to get to single digit bodyfat (around 8%) or so, but I'm not sure where I'm at now.

Any guess?

Hard to tell from just one pic. I'd put you in the neighborhood of 13% based off of that one.

Thanks fellas...I'm trying to get down to single digits for the first time in my life! Hopefully within a few months I can do that.

It's nice to see you still pounding things out Bri.

I'd go with Rory on this one.... right around 13%. Not sure if you hold fat in other areas of your body or not, but I'd go with 13%.

You're looking solid for sure dude!

How long have you been looking to lean out?

Thanks man!

Nah, I just hold fat in my stomach and chest mainly. My arms always get cut right away.

I started counting calories right after Labor Day weekend (september 5th)....and I've been sticking to it ever since then. I'm doing fairly well. I'm just going to stick with it until I hit below 10%, since I've never been there before I don't think....at least not since I was very young.
