Yesterday morning we decided to do floor presses with the fat bar, which went very well and then last night we decided to take a weight at my gym.

I was mentioning this to Vincent, how much longer it takes to add lbs to your raw bench. Last December I benched 550 in a meet so in around 10 months I've added 15lbs lol. I haven't been dissapointed at all, I just have to be smart. Going for 5lb PRs each time.
I think also staying on top of developing or changing weak points throughout the training cycle is also key.
