I've started eating it as a protein source, low fat of course, and was wondering what everybody does to dress theirs up a bit?

Pepper has been suggested and dismissed already...pepper? Sheesh.

Salt and pepper of course. I like the stuff just plain myself.

If you are not on a carb restricted diet...
Peaches or grapes are good in it.
It's really good over pasta with salt and pepper. I know it sounds weird, but trust me, it's tasty.

Take a couple egg whites and fry them in a skillet, once there almost done and not still gooey on top, put some cottage cheese on top let it fry a bit more, and fold it over into an omlet. Add some lean turkey lunch meat too, MMmmm

I've mixed in strawberry jam but that's got a bit more sugar than I'd like.

Not sure about those suggestions - the fruit sounds ok but I'll give it all a shot. Just trying to keep the food semi-interesting.

I usually gulp them down with force while watching TV, with lots of cold water by my side of course. Just chuck down a few big spoonfuls of the CC, munch them, chuck down water, swallow. Repeat.
