I'm 23 years old and trying to get back in shape. I've been following the forums and see that a lot of people are keeping track of their progress, so I figured I should do the same. I stopped working out for a while due to a shoulder injury and didn't find time to start again until now. My Current weight is 150 lbs.

My goals:
- get to roughly 185 lbs
- gain mass and strength

I looked through the forums, and I figured I would try the HTC-12 routine. It was my first day today, I tried to get used to the routine. I'm gonna take it easy for the first week and then start to ramp up weight.

Bench Press:
- Bar x 2 (warmup)
- 95lbs 3x8

Dumbell Press:
- 20lb dumbells 2x8
- 30lb dumbells 1x6
- 35lb dumbells 2x6

Pullups:
- BW 3x3

Machine Rows:
- 30 lbs 1x8
- 50 lbs 3x8

Assisted Dips:
- 40lbs 3x8
