Hey guys, i need a lil advice here. My parents have offered to spend 100$ a month on supplements for myself, thinking it will help in my ability to in the future gain a baseball scholarship. Right now i am 5'11 175 pounds with around 9-11% body fat, recently loosing my abs after a short cutting phase. I was wondering what you would put the 100$ towards. I want to make sure one is a good protein supplement, and the other?? Creatine?? what would you do with 100$ on supplememnts a month? Thnks
Definitely protein. My second would be creatine. If you could swing it I would say glutamine as well.
My $0.02 anyway.

protein -5 lbs -$30
vit C - $10 1 gram pills
multi vit - $10
pocket the other 50 or buy a isolate protein for after workouts
then pocket the other $30
btw a isolate will cost about $20 for 2 lbs

Jeremy, I would for sure go with a good protein powder. I would then also go with creatine, although I don't know which type will suit you the best.

I sorta agree.
If you're already eating clean and lots, then I'd go with protein, definitely. Beyond that, I kinda like creatine.

The only thing you can buy that will make much of a difference is steroids. I hope your parents won't buy them for you.
Eat right, train hard, work your skills.
Supplements will not help you play ball. Your parents should know that.

well since they're letting you, i can't see why a bit more mass, or less fat would hurt you. Go for some more shakes, creatine, or maybe even some ECA stack. Paul is right, you dont really need them, but just say you do and pocket the $100 a month.

Lol Paul always says it like it is. About the steroids however, that's closer to the truth than you think ;)
