As you can see didn't have too much fat to lose so did quick 8 week cut before summer even though summer is still a month away here haha.
The before pic is after about 7 months or so on a lean/slow bulk following the leangains.com diet protocol which I believe was the reason I was able to bulk for so long with minimal fat gain as I have never been able to do this before. Also training wise for the last 4 months I have been following Stuart McRoberts Hardgainer routine which Off Road put me onto (http://www.faqs.org/faqs/body-building/hardgainer-faq/) which has been the best routine for me that I have ever done, I haven't been able to keep progressing in a linear fashion like I have on this routine since I was a beginner.
Weight lost is 7.7lbs, with strength in all lifts going up

What yall think? Before/after bf% estimates?
