Figured I'd keep one of these to detail my progress.
As of last month my max lifts were 215 bench, 185 squat, and 275 deadlift (it was 315 but i messed up my back) now my maxes are 225, 245(brand new pr today), and 315 (again) respectively.

Today: b.w.=144
Squats
135x2
155x2
185x5
205x4
210x3
215x2
225x1
230x1 (new pr)
235x1 (new pr)
245x1 (new pr)
attempted 255 and ate shit.. oh well something to shoot for, right?

Have you thought about gaining weight? Or do you just want to compete at 60kg?

Yes, Patricky I've been trying to gain weight for a while, up until August I stayed at 130 or below which was terrible so I've gained 20 pounds. I'm think I'm gonna get up as close to 170 pounds though out the winter months while getting my numbers up, then cutting down when I can get back on my road bike and do 40 mile rides. Best cardio I've ever experienced. The bulk of my training now is performing the big 3 (bench, squat, deadlift) and some isolation work on the triceps shoulders and calves.

Went to a new gym today and found out they had heavy bags and speed bags. I got really excited and had to try it out.
Today's workout:

Warm up:
20 minutes of high intensity kickboxing on a 70 lb heavy bag

Decline-Bench:
155x2
185x3
205x3
225x1
235x1 (new pr)
245x1 (new pr)

Trap Bar Deadlifts: first time using the trap bar
135x2
225x2
2x315x2 (I need to work on my grip)

Positions of Flexion for bicep
Standing curls 10x70
Incline V curls 10x25
Concentration curls 10x17.5
Rest 30 seconds and repeated it for two more supersets.

Had a pretty exciting day at the gym tonight.

Bench Press:
135x3
155x2
185x5x5

Push ups:
25 x bw
12 x bw

First time trying muscle ups and i got 5, although those 5 took me well over 30 attempts.
