Let's discuss a couple of scenarios. First, just taking ALA post-workout to help shuttle everything in the post-workout shake to the muscles and not using it at any other time. Is it worth doing this and if so what would you guys think is the optimal dosage?
Second, taking ALA all day long. Do you only take ALA with meals containing carbs? Say you were taking 1800mg ALA per day and you were eating 3 protein and carb meals and 3 protein and fat meals. 600 mg per protein and carb meal or do you have 300 mg at every meal?

I don't think it is necessary at all.
