Meet write up. APA 2011 Halloween Classic

Weigh in morning of. 241. Full power competing in the M2 242. I'm 54.
Small turnout, less then 20 lifters. We all took turns spotting, had loaders. Everyone was more then willing to help eachother out.

Squat 480 3 whites Competition PR 55lbs
510 3 whites PR APA World and FL record.
530 Had 3 whites but stepped back at lockout.
Bench 405 3 Whites
415 No go bad setup
415 no go sawed it to lockout
Dead 425 3 whites
445 didnt get passed knees
445 3 whites 25lb PR and FL state record

Total 1360 APA World and FL state Total record

Feel good about what I have acomplished. Still room for improvement.

On Powerlifting Watch rankings for Masters, my 510 ranks me 22 tied with 4 others. My Bench ranks me 23 tied with a M1. My deadlift is my weakness.
