Ok..to start with...i am 127lbs 5'11. I am 19 and very skinny. Ive tried mass building before and ended up gaining about 10lbs in about 5 weeks....eating 6-8 spaced meals a day including a weight gain shake before i goto bed....then i lost it all cuz i got depressed and gave up on it because even though i gained about 10 lbs....i had to eat till i was sick and it just wasnt worth it and i still looked EXTREMELY skinny with the extra 10 lbs....ive been reading about this product called Test-250 and also readin about 1-testosterone....my question is....does anyone have any tips on how i could gain weight REALLY FAST without a dangerous steriod? i have the money and the credit card to order whatever i need over the internet. i know there is no magic pill to gain weight overnight and i know that it will take eating large amounts and hard and heavy weights to gain weight no matter WHAT I TAKE...but i just need a product that will guarantee no matter what that i will rapidly gain weight with as long as i am eating a lifting with it....summer is coming and i cant even go swimming with my girlfriend and it is very embarassing...i have about 2 months to gain 20-25 lbs....anyone have any suggestions?

i think you need to put more effort into training and less into trying to find miracle supplements. the only way to safely put on good muscle mass is through hard work.

Eat and train and sleep and eat and train and sleep.

pretty much, probably too much training in that list and not enough eating...

.....if I have to hear one more skinny guy complaining about how he can't take his shirt off in public....I swear......

oh yea, just eat alot and minimize your training time. Stay for a max of 45 minutes everyday in the gym. Don't do much cardio, as you're clearly burning alot of calories as it is.

also, I'd recommend lifting 3 days a week max.
