So I've decided to try my hand at a bodybuilding show. In using calorie count to log my nutrition. My question is should I input the amount my steak weighs befire it after its cooked. For example, the steak I just ate was 1.5 lbs raw but under a lb cooked. To the people who are going to say just be consistent with how you do it that really won't work because I'm gonna be switching my protein source around, and I don't really want to waste the first few weeks of my prep figuring this out.
