How much do you weigh that you care?

Rob is repping 500 raw, in the slingshot, and in a ram with apparent ease. Think about that.

is that an offensive question? and I weigh 250-260, but I have no clue what that has to do with anything? or do I have to be at certain weight to ask questions in this forum?

I've thought about it...still thinking about it...and i'm still overwelmed by his strength..I just wanted to know the guy's weight...

Mike jk gets a tad sensitive when people make comments because he trains with Rob on a regular basis. He is used to people slamming/bagging on him and may have thought you were doing so. I know Rob was close to 400 lbs at one point, but he had been planning to drop some weight. Not sure how much he is in this video.

I was just wondering what size man it took to throw 500 pounds like it was nothing...but I do appreciate your civil reply..thanks Joey

Mike, I owe you an apology. I did take your comment exactly like Joey said above. Rob gets some internet bashing that, in my mind, is flat out uncalled for. I have no problem at all stepping up for him because to me his is not only a great training partner, he has proven himself to be a guy I'm glad to call my friend. Some of the online shit I've seen him get flat out pisses me off.

For the record, I don't know exactly what Rob is weighing right now. He started leaning out right after the Ironman. He has lost something between 55 and 65 lbs since then.

LOL, I hit 500 for a double a few weeks back while squatting and I blew out a blood vessel. You just benched that weight for 5 and it looked like you were still warming up!!!!!!!! Great benching.....just out of curiousity, can I ask which one your prefer, the Ram or Slingshot?

no problem buddy, I'm a big fan of strength athletics and for example WSM always gives the HT and WT of the athletes competing. Those guys for the most part are massive...guys in the high 300's and low 400's...just unbelievable..I know Jason Bergman snuck in there under 300..BUT that brought me to the question that got this topic a little sideways...just wondering where your friend stacked up sizewise
