View Full Version : how/when i should take Results+Creatine 500+Multi Plus

Received my shipment of Results, Creatine 500, fish oil and Multi Plus. Ive been looking for info on exactly how/when i should take Results+Creatine 500+Multi Plus. I saw a little info on the site but i would like to know more before i start taking them.

Results has creatine in it so you don't need the creatine 500. The multi-plus I take all three tablets with lunch.

Don't take Craetine 500 with Results. Results already has a full dose of creatine in it.

great idea to take all 3 at once....im assuming you take the multi-plus every day opposed to only taking it only on the days you workout...<---is that a safe assumption

FYI i have found taking all 3 multi Vits it turns my pee Neon yellow.......

Don't take Creatine 500 with Results. Results already has a full dose of creatine in it.

What Off Road said. I made the awesome mistake of purchasing Creatine 500 at the same time when I purchased Results. My C500 basically collects dust, now. Basically the only time I would ever have C500 is if I wanted to cycle off Results (HMB, Beta Alanine, and Creatine) for only Creatine. Meh.

good point...the best time to take it is in the morning with breakfast...or so i thought....and now that we are on the subject when is the optimum time to take any ALN muscle build supplements

Take results with the first meal of the day on off days and post workout on lifting days. As for the other question all the protein supplements you take post workout or when you need the extra calories. Other than that could you be more specfic as to what products you mean.
