View Full Version : Increased Dosage for bigger person?

I am 6"5" 280 pounds. Should i be taking bigger dosages of everythign i take than what the bottle recommends? how much bigger of a dose should i take?

The question of varying doseages is a tricky item. Obviously, 2 aspirin for a 90lb person will probably take care of a headache but 2 for a 250lb person, well I can tell you they don't cut it. When using doseages for bodybuilding supplements you'll have to go the route of experimentation. However, having said that, be careful, don't be like some idiots who think "Wow, this stuff works good at 2 pills a day, I think I'll try 8!". Always work your way up gradually and give yourself enough time to respond before re-evaluating the doseage and increasing it if you aren't getting a positive result. Manufactures of supplements are only going to specify a "safe" doseage, they don't want lawsuits for some 90lb person who ended-up in the hospital because they were following the specified doseage.
