Ok should i take glutamine everyday even when i dont lift??? With the protein how long after lifting is it ok to have. I heard 45 minutes for best results. See my lifting with the team ends then we do a half hour of football plays then i take a bus home so bye the time i get home its been 45 minutes to an hour since i lifted so im stuck bringing my powder in a bottele to school and mixing it with water and its horrible. so should i wait to get home and have it with milk or is better to have it as soon as possible. Ill still take the glutamine b4 and after lifting. Also how often should i take that(glutamine). Id just take it in the morning when i wake up, b4 lifting, after lifting, and b4 i gotto bed. Should i take it on off days too if so when? And choose bettween best tasting flavors in designer whey protein, Malted, Chocolate, Absberry, or vannilla?

I usually take a protein carb frink right after the weights then eat and hr later


I thought that was the norm???
