i am asking a q on behalf of a female freind here
she is starting a weight loss regime
i advised her to do weight training first followed by HIIT cardio in her workout sessions
as i dont rely have any experience of weight loss was this the best advice to give?
as for her diet she only eats once or twice a day & not very healthy
what is the best advice regarding her diet especially post workout?
also will 'cutting down on the calories' apply to her as she doesn't eat much to begin with? (i guess thats one reason why she is a bit overweight)
