wow, I just looked it up and it does. This is not good.....won't that kinda counter creatine?
I like ZMA - have found that it cuts my recovery time to around 2/3rds of normal (i.e without it). Definitely less sore, the day after a workout by using it.... Good stuff.
Hmmm - weird about water retentions though...where you find that out?

This is what all the ZMA companies say ZMA does:
Increased muscle strength and endurance.
A decrease in muscle cramps and pulls.
Faster healing and recovery from injuries.
Improved concentration and alertness.
Decreased water retention.
Deeper relaxation during sleep.
Decreased water retention doesn't seem like a BENEFIT to me, but maybe for some people who hold a lot of water.....
What I'd like to know though, is how ZMA reduces water retention??
