This is the perfect meal replacement shake that is fantastic for anyone following a ketogenic diet.

1 Scoop Elite Whey Vanilla Protein
1 Tbsp Sugar-Free Banana Cream Pudding Mix
3 Tbsp Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1 Cup coconut Milk
1/2 Tbsp Coconut Flavored Extract



1. Combine all ingredients in a blender

2. Gradulally add ice while blending until desired consistency/thickness is reached


3. Pour in a cup and top with a little extra shredded coconut!

Looks good, but why the pudding??? I uderstand you're going low-carb, I would think a banana itself or banana flavored protein would be healthier than this:

Modified Food Starch, Maltodextrin (From Corn), Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate and Disodium Phosphate (For Thickening), Contains less than 2% of Skim Milk, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Salt, Calcium Sulfate, Xanthan Gum (For Smooth Texture), Mono- and Diglycerides (Prevent Foaming), Aspartame and Acesulfame Potassium (Sweeteners), Yellow 5. Yellow 6. Artificial Color. Phenylketonurics

Just my opinion.

banana itself is VERY high in carbs so it would defeat the purpose. I suppose using banana flavored protein would work but all I had was vanilla. The pudding gives it a nice little touch of flavor with minimal carbs!
