Leg press with 2 mini bands and 2 monter mini bands and 7 plates per side. This was done after 4 sets leg curls and 3 sets of box squats

Nice work, do you or have you started incorporating a lot of band work into your bodybuilding training? (I know that there was an article that Chris wrote a while back on the subject).

I have for the last 2 years to an an extent. I do about 4-5 week phases in a program thats about 12-13 weeks long and usually in the middle. Since there is so much etra tension you should only do it for short periods of time on big movements like presses because it really tears down the muscle and puts a little extra stress on your CNS.

I love it for leg press for legs, Posterior and medial delts doing pull aparts and side raises, and Hammer strength presses for chest. It really allows you to contract the targeted muscle. Only intermediate to advanced trainees should use them for compound lifts.
