are these o.k.? or should I cut out ALL crackes/ bread products.

Cut them all out except for whole wheat bread.

It depends on what type of diet your on. So here is the question what type of diet are you on?

type of diet is hard to define.. im not a Set diet.. im just trying to eat better.. More protein.. less fat and carbs.. im eating alot of tuna, and trying to keep my carb intake low.. i am trying to lose fat at a moderate rate, while gaining some muscle mass.
