Salmon is not only delicious, but a good source of protein and EFA's.

Eat as much as you want. The only reason people don't eat more of it, like tuna, is because it's pretty expensive.

Salmon is much cheaper than Tuna. People stay away from it because of the high fat content (who cares, it's good fat) and the fact that it is often farm raised (likely meaning more antibiotics in the meat). I eat it raw whenever I can get good pieces.

I think that person means the canned variety. can of tuna costs about 75 cents to a dollar in NYC, and a can of salmon is double that usually.

I'm not sure where you shop, but tuna is many times cheaper than salmon at every store/restaurant I've ever been to.
