which of the following breakdown would shed the most bodyfat?


1900 calories @ 45% protein, 40% fat, 5% carbs

or

1900 calories @ 40% protein, 20% fat, 40% carbs

or

1900 calories @ 33% protein, 33% fat, 33% carbs

im guessing the 1st option, which is similar to a CKD diet.. but i was wondering if anybody has gotten results with the 33%/33%/33% diet?

i thought 33/33/33 is mroe for normal people who don't train hard in nething. I use 60/40/20. I think the second would work the best.

I prefer 40/20/40 99% of the time whether I'm trying to lose/gain weight.

When I want to lose/gain more or if I stagnate, I SLOWLY manipulate the carbs. lower (lose) or higher (gain).

hmm, i should really think about things before i post them, lol, its like 50/30/20. Protein, Carbs, then Fat.

What do you guys think about a 50/25/25? Think that would be a decent cutting diet?
