Looking for a quick and easy dinner dish? This keto friendly bake incorporates the perfect low carb, high fat keto foods (meat, sausage and cheese) ! Feel free to play around with different cheeses or even add some bacon! Just a side note, the aidelle brand of sausages is AMAZING! They have a chicken apple sausage that will blow your mind! (Didnít use it in this recipe because itís sweet and I wasnt sure how the sweetness would taste with the cheese)

1lb Ground Beef (I used 85/15)
1 Sausage (I used Aidelles Italian with Mozzarella)
1 Cup Egg Whites
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 Tbsp Whipped Chive Cream Cheese
Salt and Pepper to Taste

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Brown ground beef in a skillet and cook sausage

3. In a bowl beat together egg whites, egg and cream cheese

4. When beef and sausage are done cooking, add to a greased baking dish and pour egg mixture on top and sprinkle with cheddar cheese

5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese has browned

6. Cut into 4 portions and serve!

That's very debatable.

I'm curious are these all recipes that you just concoct as you go or have you been stockpiling all these and just sharing them all at once?

That's very debatable.

Agreed, just because said foods have a low carb count, doesn't necessarily mean it's better for cutting. While carbohydrates play a role in energy production, I tend to notice benefit from total caloric deficits as opposed to carb reductions.
