So my problem involves my deadlift. I'm 23 and back about 8 months ago I was pulling dbls at 700 lbls at under 220 bodyweight raw. Then I lost a Lil weight and was pulling and seized up my back..after the pain stopped i went back to pulling and can't seem to get back to it...since my dead training has been sporadic.. my set up feels funny..its all just messed up and regressing while my squat has gone from raw 545 to 615. I don't understand why my squat has risen but dead regresses. I want opinions.. I am considering dropping to even 4plates for 15 reps and increases poundages and decrease reps over like 12 weeks. Changing forms.. dropping deads for a month but I gotta sort this out. I'm currently using an rts template and have a good whack at an elite total if I sort this out.. thank u..plz help. For reference now 585 is heavy.
