I'm 15 and i wanna start powerlifting training and start competing. What do you guys think is a good training template and cycle to start with?

More important than anything else..... find a good team to train with.

The most perfect looking template can't help you as much as an experienced coach and a team to help you.

2x8 for 3 weeks
1 week light
2x5 for 3 weeks
1 week light
2x3 for 3 weeks
1 or 2 week light

Simple, brutal, efficient, effective, timeless.

Oh and I do only 1 set of deadlifts instead of 2.
