at what point in making an omlette do you add cheese whether it be cottabe, parmizan, ricotta, cheddar etc... im inexperienced and would like sum help in omlette making
I add cheese when the omelet is almost ready. Cheese melts quickly and as soon as it melts the omelet is done at the same time. :)
I think it depends what kind you use. I use the processed flat kind and put it in right away. Works for me.
