At the moment i eat about 3 hours but sometimes let it slide to 4 :(

So I figured I need to set some rigid meal times..

How does this sound... Bear in mind I have made ome longer than others taylored to my schedule..

8:00 Meal 1

10:30 Meal 2

1:00 Meal 3

4:00 Meal 4

7:00 Meal 5

9:30 Meal 6

I normally go to bed about 11,00 so I might take a few teaspoons of flaz and a small amount of protein b4 bed.. How does that sound ?

Anyone made any noticable differences from set meal times ?

yes i have been very vigorous about eating every 2.5 hrs. I feel much stronger and have made some recent gains. I think its very important.

If it works then fine. You don't have to be absolutley spot on as long as you're getting all the good stuff down.

here's mine (approx.)

8am
10:30am
12:30 - 1pm
4pm(approx - depending on when i finsih training)
6pm
9pm
11-11:30pm

That is 6 meals with one post training beverage.:cool:

Anyone know how I can sneak a meal in at school? lol My school has a bunch of stupid rules, we're not even allowed water bottles unless we have a doctor's permission... Which I need to get sometime, so I can drink water and **** off my vice principal... I'm rambling now. I'll stop:)

my meal time is..
Meal 1 6:30
Meal 2 10:00
Meal 3 1:00
Meal 4 5:30(depends on when i finish my workout)
Meal 5 7:30
Meal 6 10:00
