Critique the shit out of this. I feel like I'm missing something here. I'm plagued with no one knowing what the fuck a GM is at my gym, so I'm literally just "going for it."

Your help = my progression

IMO, it doesn't look that bad. I wouldn't go any heavier. Try them with a wider stance and if you pull conventional, do them with your DL stance.

Agree with Brian. Looks good. I would keep the bar lower on your back than what you're holding it. See the set that starts at 1:48, the position you unrack it, leave it that low on your back the whole set. At the end of most of the sets, it looks like the bar ends up on your neck. Try and keep it in the same spot throughout.

yes. works better for goodmornings, especially when the weight gets heavier.

Not bad. Try the Arched Back GM. Go wider and lower the bar. You donŽt need to go very low on your descent or youŽll end up squatting your way up. Go for a slight pause at the bottom contracting your spinal erectors really hard.
