haiving recently upped my intake of bulking by another 500 cals from 3000 to 3500, im starting to have problems with my stomach, needing to go about 3 times a day, each time being a struggle, what does this mean? too much protein? not enough fibre? help!

I'd increase the fibre for sure, that's a sure way to smooth things out:p

I've never heard of peppers having lots of fibre, not to say they don't. The most fibrous vegetables are the green, leafy type like lettuce and brocoli.

I personally don't worry about fibre intake, but have heard the number 30 g thrown around. 30 g of fibre is a lot, so you'd be surprised to know how few people actually reach this number, whether it is true or not.

Agreed. You could also try digestion aids like papaya enzyme.
