What are your goals? Muscle gain? Fat loss? I personally don't believe in mixing carbs and fat, but a lot of the guys on this site will tell you that is BS. If you're cutting don't eat fruit or jerky.
Stats: 16/165/5'11
Goals: Gain muscle, lose body fat..
Should I do cardio or not? I'm doing some pylo's to increase my vert, and I might add in sprints.. not for sure.
I drink a lot of milk.. sometimes close to a gallon/day.. Should I drink less?
Do cardio if you feel you are not getting the desired results and then slowly add it in and assess where you are at.
Milk is not good for cutting because it has too much sugar.

You should eat right after the WO as well
'tein and simple carbs (dextrose)
I have a protein shake W/ Water and a bowl of oatmeal after the WO...

Oatmeal is not a good source of post-workout carbs. They are complex carbs which take longer to be digested and therefore supply sustained energy, not the quick burst of nutrients you want feeding your hungry muscles after a workout.
What should I eat instead?
Rice?
And how's the rest of that?
So.. since i'm trying to gain muscle and lose bf... I shouldn't eat ANY fruit?
I'm taking a multivitaman and vitamin too..
Beef Jerkey is the only thing i know of that's small.. that i can take to work... What's so bad about it?

You should try to put some high glycemic carbs like dextrose or maltodextrin in your post-workout shake. Oatmeal is fine for the first meal after the workout, but not for the shake.

Both fruit and jerky have tons of sugar in them. Jerky also has other crap that is added as well, so it is really not a good choice (although it tastes damn good). A chicken breast is small as well. Why can't you take that to work? It can be tough to eat properly depending on where you work, but you need to try your best to take eating at the workplace in stride and eat as you would at home.
Ok. So, i'll cut out all the fruit..and beef jerkey.. dont think i can take a chicken breast to work really.. Maybe I just wont eat there at all..
So oatmeal postworkout and preworkout is fine?
