While i was in school working as a technology assistant deadlifting was my least favorite pulling 455 i could do it but it was always tough. For about the past 3 months i've been moving and such working outside clearing land and went to the gym granted i havent pulled anything over 400 since my meet in april i pulled 500 of a 2in deficit and i think that extra poundage came from all the lower back pumps i get while i work

Moving would definitely help your strength. Congrats on the 500 pull.

Awesome. So you were training without even knowing it!

Being a little older and more mature physically would probably be a factor too.
