A gallon a day, everyday. Hats off to you.

It's hard enough to drink a half gallon. A gallon of milk would get everywhere.

Couldn't have said it better. I know a few guys who are really skinny @140 maybe lower. They all workout regularly and while they've filled out a bit there still very small.

I've tried to explain to them that they need to eat more and they always say the same thing "I eat so much man I couldn't eat anymore if I tried". They've all seen me go from 115-120 to 180 yet they are still in denial about it.

The picture is still full of win, even if it's not a gallon. Good on ya.

Is milk a good post workout drink instead of a protein shake?

no milk alone does not have the amount of protein you need post workout. try mixing your protein with milk instead of water for a richer flavor than just water and protein powder

Method 115, I have the same type of friends yet when I hang around them I actually see what they claim to be "a ton of food". It's all about perception really. I big meal to me is well over 1000 calories while they seem to think 400 is big.

Chocolate milk is the best post-workout shake, ever. Plus, it's choco milk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When those little people claim to eat a lot, ask them if they like to eat. Their answers will be yes. If you eat enough to actually build some real muscle, you never like to eat. It's a job.

They're small, weak-minded cowards. Keep packing on the lbs and watch them get smaller and weaker.

Do tell. How much protein does one need post workout?

True. Chocolate milk is great PWO.

You can't really put a number on what most people "need" post workout.....if you're hitting the total on the day it's probably fine regardless.

And obviously it also depends how much milk

What Rhodes said. The only guy who disagreed was a Tar Hole fan, so who gives a crap what he thinks.
